This part is stipulated for the wind load acting on buildings. - IS 875 (part-4) 1987

The latest code on wind load was reaffirmed in 2015. The major change in IS 875(part 3) 2015 is the introduction of wind speed modification factor k4, which is an important factor for the cyclonic region.
